If you've ever wondered how you overcome the voice in your head that says 'don't do it!' when you're stood on the end of a 27-metre-high platform and about to jump, then check out the video in the player next to this feed! As Orlando Duque says, a bad day at the office for a cliff diver involves a trip to the hospital. There's very little margin for error...

We'll have 11 men and 9 women competing today... Mexican Adriana Jimenez (who is currently placed second in the women's event) will miss today's final through illness. Adriana is back from the hospital and is planning to watch the event but has not been cleared to compete.

"For me, it’s one of the things I love about cliff diving. In 10-metre and 3-metre diving, everything goes to plan, but in cliff diving you have to be ready for almost anything. We’re all in the same boat, nobody has an advantage – we all have to do our dives, it’s just a question of who’s the most versatile and who’s the best under extreme conditions."
